50 Years of Freemasonary
Our December 2025 meeting was a very special occasion as we celebrated W.Bro Mike Dalley’s 50th anniversary in Freemasonry. 50 years to the very day.
We were also honoured to welcome W.Bro Johnathan Heaton, Assistant Provincial Grand Master to oversee this special occasion.
There was even a copy of the 1975 meeting summons available to visitors.
The meeting was followed by a lively, bustling and very festive board, with ladies, friends and family to dine.
Also in recognition to Mike's incredible service to the lodge and Freemasonry, Mike also received his first Provincial appointment and awarded the rank of PJGD.
Congratulations Mike on your incredible landmark and to the officers, brethren and visitors who made this special occasion, joyous amd merry.

An extraordinary Past Master
Our Secretary is currently researching a Past Master of Townley Parker Lodge. Worshipful Master in 1920, Dr W.J. Leighton.
Dr Leighton was a pioneering figure in medicine and it is an honour to have have such a figure in our Lodge.
We will keep you updated on this fascinating research.
